Becoming a Mitzvah Miler

To become a member of the Mitzvah Milers, contact Club Captain Dan Siegel at mitzvahmilers@pacbell.net

1. Let him know your name, e-mail address, home address, telephone number, and synagogue (if any).
2. Complete/send a signed waiver available here. 
3. Consider making a yearly contribution of $20 per person towards team expenses.  It is much appreciated although not required.
